study purush sukt and then study the gita.
this is based not on the birth but on the nature and trade/job available with the person.

if at all this is prevailing only because of the people who want the jobs, respect, attention and and other profits. without attaining the qualities or criteria for that.

sanatan dharma is soul based and physical body based.

purush sukt reminds the four kind of nature comes from him to unbornsoul and not from the womb of pregnant ladies to the physical bodies we owe.

even sudra comes from the feet of the eternal purush. even they are the part of almighty himself.

this system is now also prevailing only for profits and respect. not because vedas say.
